Pride in Surrey

Pride in Surrey (Surrey LGBTQ Pride CIC) is a non-profit, community run organisation led by volunteers. We campaign as 1 community, celebrating, educating and connecting Surrey's LGBTQ+ community and allies. We deliver the annual Pride in Surrey event which includes the highly anticipated Pride Parade (Protest), plus we are responsible for the Pride Hub located in Woking, a safe, inclusive sober venue with adjoining LGBTQ+ merchandise shop. Unlike many Pride events across the UK and around the world, we operate 365 days a year, celebrating and paying respects to key LGBTQ+ dates, showing face at public protests and displays for the benefit of anyone in our community, we'll do our best to make sure people are connected to support so they are never feeling isolated or alone plus we will continue to work together as one community recognising intersectionality, challenging the status quo for the right to simply be.
